Come join our first meeting for the Copper Country Running Club! We will discuss upcoming race ideas, membership, and fun adventure runs. All are welcome to join (students, community members, ANYONE!).
Purpose: Established to encourage, support, and facilitate running as a form of fitness; to educate members in nutrition and exercise science; to build a strong community of individuals who share an interest in running; to provide awareness of local running events and to build a stronger and healthier community.
